About the role
StockX is seeking a Product Manager to join our Product team and focus on the Research aspect of the customer experience which includes ownership of the Product Detail Page (PDP). This is a high-impact role in which you will use data, user research, and experimental methods to define our product strategy and roadmap to ensure our Product Pages instill customer confidence through education, reassurance, and excitement. Collaboration will be key to building features that are inclusive of all our customers, and you will also partner closely with our Engineering, Design, Analytics, Catalog, Category, Marketing, and International teams.
What you'll do
Use customer insights, stakeholder needs, competitive landscape, and qualitative and quantitative data to define and execute our product roadmap for the Product Detail Page, including both continuous, iterative A/B testing and broader features or implementations
Work with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Catalog, Category, Marketing, and International teams to inform strategy
Define requirements, oversee execution and deliver quality outcomes to meet business metrics using Scrum / Agile methodology while understanding tradeoffs in the software development lifecycle
Establish objectives and key results (OKRs), deliver regular reporting on overall goals/metrics, and deliver against these goals
1 or more years of Product Management experience in consumer internet companies, preferably in eCommerce or Marketplaces
Experience with A/B testing methodologies is strongly preferred
Strong quantitative background to support data-informed decision-making. Experience in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, SQL strongly preferred
Experience with e-Commerce web user experience (UX) strongly preferred
Experience working with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and International stakeholders
Proven track record of building and shipping global consumer products at scale. Localization experience a plus
Ability to influence a diverse group of internal customers
Strong communication, organization, and project management skills. Experience in Jira, Confluence a plus
Ability to break down open-ended problems into practical solutions
