Stitch is a payments infrastructure company on a mission to make it easier for enterprise businesses to connect to the financial system and build better experiences for their customers.

We are expanding the team to enable Stitch to broaden our product offering and extend our geographical footprint.

The Role: The Sales and Solutions Engineer is responsible for solving our customers' various business needs by utilising Stitch’s products as well as guiding the implementation and onboarding process for integrations. The Sales and Solutions Engineer will also assist with the onboarding of customers across all acquisition channels and refine Stitch’s tools and platform for customers of any size.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop bespoke solutions and  integrations for key customers using Stitch products
  2. Guide customers through the technical integration process, starting from design through to live
  3. Answer client technical product questions eg. constraints, requirements, integration stack, recommendations
  4. Advise technical solutions for prospective and new customers planning to integrate Stitch, including demo’ing and showcasing the product integration process
  5. Work with our product & engineering teams to define, produce, and evolve the platform and tooling to support smooth integration processes across all acquisition channels and various types of customers
  6. Lead developer support during integration, and answer Stitch related product integration queries (API documents, testing, go-live preparation)
  7. Perform Quality Assurance reviews (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during go-live phases
  8. Host solutioning, integration workshops and check-ins to advise customers on best practices during technical integration process
  9. Work with our product & engineering teams to translate prospect feedback into meaningful product insights

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent working experience
  • Previous technical product experience
  • Previous customer-facing experience 
  • Ability to quickly understand new technologies and complex concepts quickly 
  • Experience at a  financial technology or B2B SaaS startup
  • Thorough understanding technical concepts, including integrations patterns and error handling
