Napleton Ford of Oak Lawn, part of the Steve Napleton Auto Group, is launching our Mobile Service Department and is looking for a driven, self-starting and innovative candidate to lead the department. Main responsibilities will include managing our mobile service fleet (currently 1 Mobile Service Transit Van, and 1 Mobile Service Escape) and managing our Pickup and Delivery process for the on-site service department.
The ideal candidate should have extensive service writer experience, or service manager experience. Organization and communication are key to success in this role, so experience with managing schedules and routes are helpful skills.
The Mobile Service Manager will interface with the mobile service techs, customers and in-dealership service staff (managers and writers) to keep these mobile service vehicles fully utilized and productive.
The goal our Mobile Service Department is to provide an exceptional experience for our customers that makes them advocates for Ford and for our dealership.
