Internet Sales Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for full time, motivated, outgoing, team driven professionals to join our Business Development Center at our HONDA store located in MORTON GROVE, IL. BDC Appointment coordinators work with new and existing customers to schedule appointments, confirm, and remind of sales appointments for new and existing customers. Candidates must be well spoken and have excellent telephone skills.
Primary responsibilities and requirements:
Sales BDC Associates/ Automotive Internet Sales Call Center Representatives are responsible to handle inbound and outbound appointment calls, emails, and texts for all dealerships. Candidates must be able to multitask and converse on the phone while setting appointments utilizing multiple computer systems.
