What You’ll Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and accelerate and buyers. You will leverage various digital channels including paid media (paid search, paid social, video, display) and organic search to reach our target market of enterprise customers across the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for Stensul’s website from a conversion rate optimization perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital strategy development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Stensul's business goals and drive traffic, leads, and conversion from our target market.
  • Campaign management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including paid media, content syndication, sponsorship to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • SEO & SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Paid social media management: Develop and execute social media strategies to build brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and conversions.
  • Website ownership: Own the website from a conversion rate optimization perspective and drive the roadmap of website enhancements with web development resources.
  • Performance analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and overall digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including demand generation, product marketing, content marketing, and creative teams, to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns in a B2B environment that targets enterprises.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, et al.  
  • You are a full-funnel marketer adept at working with marketing automation software, CRM, and BI tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc) are a plus.

The compensation range being offered for this role is $155,000-165,000. Please note that Stensul's compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul's compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role,  and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
