What you’ll do: 

Stensul seeks a dynamic and experienced Director of Integrated Marketing to lead our pipeline-building efforts. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive demand-generation strategies that drive pipeline growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive the success of Stensul's marketing initiatives. Reporting to the marketing leader, you’ll manage high-caliber professionals responsible for digital acquisition, account-based marketing,  field and event marketing, email marketing, and marketing operations. 

Specific responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement a holistic demand generation strategy to meet company goals
  • Drive the ideation, creation, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate qualified accounts and support sales pipeline objectives.
  • Optimize demand generation processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the planning and execution of campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, field marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives and to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.
  • Coordinate with the Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Creative teams to prioritize and develop integrated campaigns and determine the best channels for each product/campaign/piece of content.
  • Own the planning, budgeting, and forecasting process for the function.
  • Analyze performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly and report to the leadership team.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and BI tools to track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support demand-generation efforts.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation and digital marketing.

Who you are:

  • Planner, coach, results-oriented manager
  • 5+ years experience as a Senior Marketing Leader or Director focusing managing demand generation strategy across online and offline channels, demonstrating significant measurable results.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the demand generation function to execute integrated marketing campaigns for specific verticals and target audiences.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior Marketing Leader or Director leading and managing a team (5+) of direct reports.
  • Planning, budgeting, and forecasting the demand generation function to support company objectives.
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategy and tactics.
  • Advanced knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and emerging technologies and trends.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Web Analytics, BI dashboards, and other marketing technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Experience in marketing a B2B SaaS platform to line-of-business buyers in the enterprise segment required.
  • Experience marketing to the marketing function preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
