What You’ll Do
The Field Marketing Manager will drive regional marketing efforts to generate demand and accelerate pipeline growth. This position requires a strategic thinker and doer with hands-on experience in field marketing, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and partnership teams. You will align with sellers to engage buyers at accounts across the customer journey with remarkable events such as executive roundtable dinners, lunch and learns, among other types.
This is a hybrid in-person role in our NYC office located in Midtown Manhattan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field marketing strategy: Develop and execute field marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific regions, verticals, and target accounts to drive demand and engage buyers at our target accounts.
- Event management and execution: Plan, coordinate, and manage field marketing events such as trade shows, webinars, and local seminars. Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, and attendee engagement.
- Regional campaigns: Collaborate with regional sales teams to create and execute regional marketing campaigns that align with local market needs and opportunities.
- Content creation: Work with the content team to develop region-specific marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support field activities and sales efforts.
- Partner co-marketing: Coordinate event related co-marketing activities with strategic partners to leverage joint marketing opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of field marketing activities. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and report on key performance metrics. Track expenses and report on budget performance to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, partnerships and demand generation, to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of field marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing successful field marketing programs and events that drive lead generation and brand awareness.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating compelling marketing content.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing marketing performance and optimizing strategies based on insights.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and field marketing software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000-105,000. Please note that Stensul's compensation philosophy is based on a geographical market approach, and the salary range listed relates specifically to roles located in New York. Stensul's compensation and career growth philosophy focuses on impact in the role, and starting salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based the competencies and level demonstrated in the interview process.
