About the Role:

As stensul’s hands-on Senior Graphic Designer/Art Director, you’ll own the look, feel, voice and personality of the stensul brand, playing a key role in the evolution of our brand image. You’ll work closely with our product and marketing teams on the design and execution of e-creative projects for all digital and print marketing campaigns across all channels of the business, creating breathtaking collateral for the world to see. Your designs will be the first introduction to the look and feel of what stensul has to offer prospects and partners, and the best representation of the brand to our existing customers.

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and oversee the visual design strategy for Stensul's marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Lead the creation of visually compelling and high-performing marketing assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, presentations, tradeshow booths, marketing collateral and other promotional materials.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive and impactful visual content that supports marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  • Maintain consistency in visual design across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices, incorporating them into Stensul's marketing materials to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers as needed to supplement the in-house design team's capabilities.
  • Oversee the production process, including reviewing and approving designs, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Utilize design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) to create and edit marketing assets.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input to marketing strategies and campaigns.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, art, marketing, or a related field;
  • 5+ years of experience as an art director for B2B technology companies.
  • Track record of producing visually arresting creative. 
  • Collaborative across marketing, sales, product and other teams.
  • Stong project management skills and ability to hit deadlines.
  • 3+ years managing and mentoring creative staff.
  • You have a network of creatives that can augment your team
  • Able to work comfortably in a hands-on, multitasking, deadline-driven environment
  • Experienced in working with cross-functional teams
