This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of our DevOps team based in Latin America. You will be working on both the core platform and implementations for some of the biggest brands and most exciting companies in the world, many of whom are part of the Fortune 500 & Cloud 100 list.

What You’ll Do…
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, and networks (MDM, Workstations, AntiVirus, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Ensure employee workstation and phone inventory are kept up to date
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Respond in a timely, kind manner to internal service issues and requests.
- Walk internal staff through a series of actions, either in virtual meetings or over slack, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Provide technical support across the company.
- Set up accounts for new users.
- Repair and replace equipment as necessary.
- Provide, configure, and maintain services and servers, Software/Platform license management, and compliance requirements.
- Provide support to DEV & QA environments.
- Create and maintain technical documentation on processes and standards
- Learn and implement new technologies
Who You Are…
At a minimum, we require that you have:
- B2+ level English proficiency.
- Two or more (2+) years of Linux desktop usage (server is a plus)
- Experience with any programming language (Bash, Python is a plus)
Bonus points for having:
- Transferable work experience from a similar environment
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Experience with Cloud providers: AWS, Google Cloud
- Experience with Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN)
- A great sense of humor (we sure do!)
