SDF is looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. You’ll be influential in shaping how we share the Stellar story to the world. In this role, you’ll play a core part in growing our pipeline through process development, project management, and lead nurturing. As Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and executing the project plans for our digital content efforts. You’ll also ensure that project deadlines are met through cross-collaboration and thoughtful project management. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Create and manage processes related to pipeline and web content
  • Work with product marketing and our developer teams to ensure our messaging is reaching the right targets
  • Manage projects cross-functionally with internal teams: setting deliverable dates, ensuring deadlines are met, executing campaigns, and keeping relevant parties informed on progress.
  • Work with internal and external resources to build web pages on Stellar.org
  • Optimize lead flows and marketing funnel through campaign performance testing
  • Use data to help determine and improve the effectiveness of nurture flows, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Help create processes to curate and catalog our collection of marketing content for future utilization.
  • Analyze current marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and potential for improvement.

You have 

  • 3+ years of experience with content marketing, along with proven project management experience
  • Experience using Hubspot, Marketo, or other marketing automation software
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Markdown, and other technologies to enable publishing on the web.
  • Process oriented and able to break down data sets to improve marketing intake.
  • Exceptional project management and collaboration skills
