SDF is looking for a talented IT Manager to join our small but growing IT support function, you will work closely with all teams within our organization and be passionate about delivering first class support! In this role, you will assist in defining, improving and implementing a variety of IT operations controls and processes such as onboarding and asset management through the use of automation.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and evolve our internal IT support function (user management, laptop provisioning, desk moves, office networking, etc)
  • Manage and administer 3rd party services such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, etc
  • Support and manage the organization's IT asset Inventory (Mac, Windows, Linux)
  • Manage and evolve the organizations Onboarding processes

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience as an IT Administrator or Support Engineer
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service
  • You take security extremely seriously
  • Experience of Google Workspace a strong plus
  • Experience with OS Query a strong plus
  • Self motivated and able to work autonomously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
