SteelHouse is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and assess talent through candidate generation. You will partner with our Recruiting team and Hiring Managers to develop creative strategies to identify top tier talent. You will:

  • Partner closely with Recruiting Team and Hiring Managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, function, and how it fits into the organization
  • Build talent pipelines and execute on research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
  • Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn and other sourcing techniques
  • Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit
  • Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
  • Focus on attracting a wide variety of candidates to execute against our strategic Inclusion and Diversity plans

You have:

  • 1-2 years of sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team, ideally for technical positions
  • Experience screening resumes and leading phone screens to identify candidate fit
  • Proficiency with leveraging multiple recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Hiretual, and Greenhouse
  • Ability to attract and activate passive candidates
  • Interview experience including screening for both technical and cultural qualities
  • AdTech/SaaS industry knowledge preferred
