As an Inside Sales Development Manager, you will guide a team of Inside Sales Development Representatives that focus on closing pivotal deals in all segments of our target prospect base. You will join highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, running strategic sales cycles, and delivering the SteelHouse message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.
- Guide the SDR team to hit and surpass monthly goals in addition to achieving various defined objectives
- Mentor and develop SDRs’ prospecting and communication skills in order to qualify more leads
- Develop SDR’s for career growth within the SteelHouse Sales organization
- Report and forecast key metrics and work with senior sales management to optimize team performance
- Engage and teach team members, while promoting a healthy and collaborative work environment
- Motivate team members to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Actively use Salesforce.com to lead the sales process and set standards for performance metrics
- Collaborate cross functionally with our Marketing, Business Development, and Product teams to identify the best sources of leads
- 3+ years of experience managing, hiring, and training Account Executives/SDR’s to achieve performance goals
- 3+ years of sales experience in a SaaS environment – MarTech and/or AdTech preferred
- Demonstrated effective communication, business acumen, organizational, and time management skills
- Experience developing a new territory and or running a lead generation team
- Robust reporting and analytics skills using Salesforce, Excel, and equivalent tools.
- Ability to understand, synthesize, and pitch SteelHouse’s platform and products in addition to a true passion for the SaaS landscape
