Do you have a talent for designing and facilitating sales/customer success training on great tech platforms?
As the Director of Sales Training and L&D, you will contribute to the ongoing development of SteelHouse’s training content and resources by delivering high quality, effective learning experiences. Reporting into the Director, Revenue Operations, your focus on this team is to provide exceptional trainings to both the Sales and Customer Success organizations.
You will be a resource for all training materials, mentoring, and team certification. You have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to maintain consistent and engaging delivery of content.
Guide the New Hire Sales Training Program for Sales and CS teams through certification
Work with Sales and CS to evaluate the effectiveness of current training programs in order to implement new strategies to improve comprehension, application, and expertise
Provide continuous training on SteelHouse products, solutions, capabilities, and features
Partner with the Marketing team to update training materials and resources with the most relevant information
Build a culture of continued success through training and deliver programs that will win new business
3-4 years in a training and development role within Tech, Ad/Tech, SaaS, or MarTech
2-3 years of experience working within a Sales or Customer Success organization
Proven success building out a sales training program while teaching, coaching, and ramping up new/existing team members
Tracked success of implemented programs through performance metrics
Impactful coaching and motivation skills that inspire and ensure growth and development
Confidence with public speaking, Keynote presentations, and written communication
Advanced knowledge building Keynote and PowerPoint presentations
Salesforce and other sales platform experience
