The Customer Success team is a group of account management professionals who specialize in the exciting world of digital advertising. We are seeking an energetic, motivated team leader with 4-5 years of AdTech experience, the ability to lead conversations with customers on a daily basis, and the ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment. 
 
You will:
  • Train, lead, and manage a team of 3-4 Customer Success Managers
  • Work as a technical and strategic resource on your team's assigned accounts as well as drive the performance and KPI goals set by the advertiser
  • Acclimate advertisers to SteelHouse products and set expectations for performance and attribution percentages 
  • Develop benchmarks and monitor reports to measure how online marketing campaigns are performing and suggest how to optimize campaigns or adjust budget toward specific goals on weekly calls with advertisers
  • Identify areas of expansion to drive revenue and further account growth through up-selling 
  • Attend quarterly onsite visits by presenting recent performance, identifying new opportunities, and collaboratively developing additional strategies with client
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis (market size, competitive benchmarks, trends, opportunities, customer needs and expectations)
  • Support the sales team in explaining the company vision, platform, and SteelHouse capabilities to prospects
You have:
  • Experience leading a team of Account Managers or Customer Success Managers within AdTech
  • 4-5 years experience in affiliate marketing, display advertising, online marketing, or social marketing
  • Understanding of analytical software including Omniture, Coremetrics, and Google Analytics
  • Advanced Excel, presentation and analytical skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret in-depth analyses, uncover actionable insight and effectively communicate to the broader organization 
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/analytical or marketing field preferred
