We are looking for a highly motivated Bioinformatics Software Engineer to join our team!

The team will be focused on building new applications for the technology our company is building. The work will include collaboration with external clients, developing new methods to analyze data and implementing them to drive impactful results.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Focus on leading the software side of the methods to ensure robust and useful package generation
  • Develop primary and secondary analysis tools to process the data we generate
  • Implement existing and new methods to analyze data
  • Collaborate with team members to focus analysis on impactful results

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • MsC/PhD in Biology/Computer Science field
  • >2 years experience analyzing biological data
  • >5 years experience writing software tools for biological data analysis
  • Experience with contribution to open source code packages is preferred
