As a Real Estate Manager, you will be reporting to the VP of Branch Operations and be responsible for working with field leadership across the country to ensure that our real estate footprint matches company needs and is financially efficient.
Manages a growing footprint of 100+ offices across the country.
Collaborates with Field Leaders, IT, HR, Legal, and Facility Services team to ensure new office expansions are leased and launched on time.
Conducts research, collaborates with real estate brokers, and performs both online and field/in-market visits to identify potential locations.
Mitigates the financial impact of any office closures via sub-leasing or other financial arrangements.
Read, review, and comment on contracts relating to physical locations.
Assists with completing any relevant city use or occupancy applications and gaining licenses or permits, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
2 - 6 years of Commercial real estate and/or real estate research experience.
Knowledge of real estate contracts, leases, and related documents.
Ability to formulate executive summaries, presentations, and project status updates.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to interact with all employee levels including executive management.
Ability to foster working relationships with real estate agents, brokers, landlords, and vendors.
Confident and self-motivated with a low ego.
High capacity for dealing with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to listen, understand, analyze, and develop creative solutions.
