• Quality Control/Review of Signed Loan Packages
  • Ability to identify issues and solve with borrowers, lenders, or both
  • Compilation of Funding Packages to be sent to the Lender
  • Work the Lender/Funder to obtain funding authorization
  • Print & Mail Checks accurately
  • Record Documents
  • Issue Policies


  • Must be incredibly detail oriented
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, high volume atmosphere
  • Works well within a team
  • Strong customer service skills - both verbal and written
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems
  • Willingness to help other departments or team members when necessary
