Closer/Escrow Officer/Escrow Assistant;



- Experience in working in a fast-paced, high volume environment.  (Preferable 3+ years experience.)
- Strong Customer Service (preferable involvement with a tier 1/tier 2 bank.)
- Critical Thinking/Problem Solving Skills
- Takes Initiative
- Accepting of Change
- Willing to learn and/or help with tasks outside of role
- Team Player
-Schedule Closings with Consumers and/or Signing Services
-Comfortabe taking calls from the closing table
-Prepare BCS/ALTA statements
-Review and Balance CDs
-Review of Closing Docs for State Regulations and Signing Requirements
Handle any and all aspects of the closing process.
