Security Site Team

The Security Site Team primary responsibility in ensuring the complete and strict development and deployment of the Security and Information Security function in the SINES 4.0 Campus. In this role, you will partner with various departments, thus focusing on developing cross functional solutions between Security and Health & Safety, Facility Management, Risk Management, Human Resources, Legal and, when applicable, Design&Delivery of the project.

You will work closely with the private security teams, ensuring the operation manned security and SOC function, to analyze, define, and verify current and future security control solutions. You will also drive execution of Security and Information Security and remediation plans, ensure that a supportive security culture exists, and provide training, direction, and support as needed to all served by the Security and Information Security function.

You’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, manage project schedules, identify risks, develop, enforce and revise Security and Information Security procedures, and communicate clearly with cross-functional internal and external partners/entities. 

It's your job to support coordination and, when needed, coordinate these players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

You will play a critical role on the team, ensuring the Security and Information Security function is effective and efficient in serving our employees and partners.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development and implementation of the Security and Information Security policies, procedures and plans.
• Communicate with the stakeholders of the Security and Information Security function.
• Manage the operational duties and responsibilities of the Security and Information Security teams (either internal or sub-contracted).
• Revise, update and provide guidance for compliance on Security and Information Security policies, legislation, and regulations.
• Identify, evaluate and continuously re-assess operational Security and Information Security risks, providing insight on their impact to the business, analyze risk scenarios to determine their potential impact, and propose/design/lead programs to mitigate those risks.
• Create and Implement Security and Information Security related solutions in compliance with Start Campus’s guidelines.
• Deploy and continuously audit the Security and Information Security function and controls implemented, proposing or implementing emergency management solutions.
• Assess training needs and, when applicable, provide such continuous training based on identified security systems in use, operational risks, and business and legislative requirements.
• Investigate, analyze and/or coordinate the response to security incidents, also including their proper escalation and reporting to relevant entities (internal and external), in respect of the legal competences and limits assigned to SINES 4.0 Security and Information Security function.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as Security or Information Security in teams with a minimum of 10 people.
• Experience in designing and implementing Security and Information Security controls and measures to manage operational risks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• 3 years of experience in the field of Security or Information Security.
• Knowledge of and previous experience working with Security and Information Security controls aligned with national legislation and national and international standards.
• Experience working with regulatory, civil protection and law-enforcement authorities.
• Fluency (read, understand, write and speak) in English language.
• Availability to work shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or post-Graduate studies in security and/or cybersecurity science field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in Critical Infrastructure’s or Security sensitive facilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.
