What you’ll do:

  • Generate new sales leads through a mixture of calling and emailing, while following up on sales campaigns using value based approaches
  • Create excitement and interest in Starry and and effectively communicate to prospects
  • Generate and qualify new leads to move forward in the sales process
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets
  • Manage and track all lead generation and qualification activities
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing team members to achieve organizational goals

 

Qualifications

  • Evidenced success in a professional and/or extracurricular field
  • 1+ year experience in prospecting or solutions sales or marketing
  • Positive, upbeat personality with no fear of cold calling
  • Resilience, perseverance, and an ability to overcome objections
  • Self-motivated, initiative driven, and problem-solving mentality
  • Eager to guide consumer decision making, close sales, and help people bring Starry to their building or community
  • Comfortable with a start-up environment; ability to wear multiple hats, switch gears quickly, and pitch in where needed

 

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with Salesforce or other cloud-based CRM
  • Comfortable with understanding and driving quantitative metrics
  • You have passionate feelings about Starry and our mission
