The Role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the processes, tools, and data that drive our revenue-generating teams. Collaborating across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance, you will ensure that these teams operate efficiently and align with the company’s strategic goals. Your work will empower stakeholders to make informed decisions, improve pipeline visibility, and maximize revenue potential.
We are seeking a proficient data analyst with experience analyzing and assessing strategic alternatives via excel modeling, leveraging Salesforce data and reporting to inform GTM efficacy, and supporting revenue teams in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
Role Specifics
- Work Location: Remote, US
- Travel: 10%(The percent of travel is an estimation, and it could vary up or down based on business needs throughout the year.)
- Reporting Structure: This role reports to the Revenue Operations Manger.

What You Will Own
Strategic Initiatives
- Review and make recommendations for improvements to account scoring algorithm and methodology as part of our Customer and Prospect Database program (CAPDB)
- Improve the quality and frequency of customer whitespace analysis
- Support implementation and world-class execution of StarRez Value Selling Methodology and Value Selling best practices across the full GTM team
Goal Setting and Performance Reporting
- Analyze revenue data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Be the go-to resource for ad-hoc reports and analyses of Sales and Marketing performance across all platforms (predominantly Salesforce and Excel)
- Build scorecards and reports which assess seller efficacy, pipeline health, conversion rates, and other KPIs
Seamless Execution of GTM Strategy
- Assist in managing and planning sales territories
- Manage the payout process for the sales incentive plan across the entire revenue team
- Develop and improve internal processes around account/contact database management, and data hygiene across the Revenue tech stack
- Partner with sales management to inspect sales process quality, understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Establish strong working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance leadership to improve overall operations and go-to-market efficacy
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of highly analytical experience in Sales/Revenue Ops, Consulting, FP&A or similar roles
- Advanced knowledge of and proficiency within Excel / Google Sheets
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting tools and sales process management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing ops, campaign execution, marketing programs, campaign management
- Forecasting, go-to-market (GTM) execution, sales compensation and partnering with high-level partner and sales leaders
- Demonstrated skills and passion for problem solving and operational excellence with a proven ability to design & implement workable solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive self-starter who can take projects from concept to implementation with minimal supervision
- Experience with data analytics tools a plus (SQL, ETL, etc.)
