We are building out our Deployment team to onboard and train new customers and to ensure they are positioned for success. You will become a trusted advisor for some of the top venture capital firms and startups in the world, deeply understanding their business goals in order to implement best practices and ensure that our customers have a seamless onboarding experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the project lead for customers during the deployment process by building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs and translate them into clear project requirements and objectives
- Lead multiple projects by prioritizing and managing conflicts of schedules and resources
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Data teams to ensure seamless hand-offs
- Advise on best practices and lead customer training sessions throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and resolve deployment related issues or escalations, working closely with the Customer Success team to find solutions and mitigate risks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of deployment activities, milestones, and customer-specific configurations
- Continuously evaluate and enhance our deployment processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and scalability
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within financial services, enterprise B2B SaaS, consulting, or related field
- Basic finance knowledge required
- Experience in project management and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects running in parallel
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projects while seeing each through to the finish line
- Passion for technology, startups, entrepreneurship, and/or venture capital is a plus
For our employees, located in the USA, we aim to pay at or above the market rate of US-based tech hubs like San Francisco or NYC. For international roles, we aim to pay top of market for your country. The estimated annual salary for this role is between $115,000-$145,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
