Sports Connect, powered by Stack Sports, is a leading provider of online league management tools used by some of the biggest names in youth sports. We are sports enthusiasts dedicated to making each season easy for the volunteers who run them. Our team is passionate about growing participation in youth sports, and the role we play in getting more kids out on the field, court, or rink. 

The marketing team is looking for a highly driven, experienced marketing coordinator to join our mission. We are seeking someone who is passionate about how digital marketing, brand development, and storytelling can accelerate business growth. The ideal candidate works well on teams, is a strong communicator, has a thirst for knowledge, and a passion for content development. 

This position is responsible for developing and executing marketing projects in a timely, reliable manner while adhering to the systems and processes set forth by the Company. The marketing coordinator is responsible for outbound marketing campaigns, content creation, partner communication, data inflow and outflow projects, and additional projects to support other departments.

  • Generate and execute email marketing and sales campaigns
  • Create and update website content, including blogs, video resources, social graphics, etc.
  • Monitor social media channels and contribute ideas for strategy and content
  • Maintain up-to-date prospect and partner information in our CRM and marketing systems
  • Track and analyze customer behavior and build campaigns to guide and support partners
  • Communicate product updates and create supporting documentation as needed
  • Research the competition and update our CRM accordingly
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager and other departments about new marketing initiatives


  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related industry 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to track and report data accurately
  • High energy, proactive and self-motivated
  • Consistently achieve weekly activity targets
  • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Marketing Cloud or other marketing automation platform experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM is a plus
