Solved 100 support incidents via phone or ticketing system, achieving a 97% customer satisfaction rating.
Kept detailed, up-to-date customer information in our Ticketing system
Helped a customer with a question on their account
Assisted our customers with registration or setup inquiries
Here Are Some Other Things You Might Do:
Brainstorm new feature releases and new products
Troubleshoot various scenarios with customers regarding setup and registration.
Work with multiple CRM systems to track customer inquiries
Follow up with customers while using the proper Stack Sports protocols.
