The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our team. As an AE, some of your job responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
What You'll Do:
- Building and managing relationships with Brands and Media Companies
- Identifying and close new business opportunities (SDR support and Self-Sourced)
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth
- Representing the StackCommerce brand in the media industry
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients
- Continuously staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Leveraging data and analytics to inform sales strategy
- Utilizing the StackAgency platform to create custom solutions for clients
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Finance, Analytics a plus).
- Min 3-5 years Sales experience in related fields - Digital Marketing, Media Sales, and/or Affiliate Marketing (Sales)
- Deep knowledge of the Affiliate Marketing landscape. Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CPL, and Flat Fee sales
- Strong book of business in affiliate or growth marketing a plus, but not a requirement

- Thrives in a team environment. Comfortable jumping in and assisting the Account Management team to execute campaigns and drive renewals
- Self-starter & comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Outcome oriented and ambitious
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Content Commerce, and Affiliate Marketing
- Understanding of performance marketing, including client KPI’s such as ROAS, CAC:LTV ratio, AOV, CPA, etc.
- Expert in outbound sales efforts including but not limited to outbound email campaigns, drip campaigns, warm and cold calling and able to provide direction and support to SDR team members
- Comfortable presenting to Sr. level executives and decision makers at both top brands and publishers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales forecasting and sales projections based on pipeline
Compensation:
Our overall compensation and rewards package includes base pay, bonus or commission, and a variety of benefits. Base pay is determined within a range that allows you the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $89,300 - $120,700 (this range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions). Your initial base pay will be determined based on several factors, including demonstrated skills, relevant education or training, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
