Manager, Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team Position Summary

The Manager, Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team works in SRSA’s Loan Agency department and manages our Operation Analysts (“Assignments and Intake Team”) that are responsible for processing assignments, document solicitation and supporting SRS Acquiom platforms.

The salary range for this position is $85k - $100K, depending on the level of experience. 

This is a hybrid position with in-person and remote schedule flexibility that can reside in Colorado or Minnesota.

Manager, Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team Primary Responsibilities 

  • Manage Assignments and Intake Team that have the following duties:
    • Review and process assignments in compliance with loan documents to ensure assignments are processed timely and accurately.
    • Solicit, track and process lender Administrative Details and Tax Forms.
    • Review wire instructions in Loan System and performs callbacks to parties to verbally confirm wire instructions.
    • Complete audit confirmations.
    • Provide support to internal and external users for SRS Acquiom platforms.
    • Respond to inquiries regarding all of the duties stated above.
  • Assign deals to the Assignments and Intake Team upon deal closing and monitoring and reviewing processed assignments to ensure assignments are processed accurately and timely.
  • Ensure all daily functions and tasks of the Assignments and Intake Team are performed accurately and timely.
  • Train new hires within the Assignments and Intake Team on SRSA’s Loan Agency process and procedures and delivering ongoing training.
  • Ensure training materials related to the Assignments and Intake Team are kept current.
  • Provide hands-on assistance and coverage to support the Assignments and Intake Team, when needed. 
  • Mentor, set career development goals and conduct routine performance reviews with direct reports. 
  • Identify process improvements to enhance the customer experience, exceed SLAs, improve efficiency, and mitigate risk.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. 

Manager, Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team Required Qualifications & Skills  

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Management experience a plus
  • Deadline-driven and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and intuition, and the ability to communicate with external and internal parties in a responsive, friendly, professional, and proactive approach.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with management and team members to align goals and complete all tasks. 
  • Demonstrate integrity in day-to-day administration of duties and all interactions with internal and external parties.  
  • High level of proficiency with computers and learning new software.

Manager, Loan Agency Assignments & Intake Team Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in Denver or Minneapolis in a hybrid schedule.
  • Work demands may require more than 40 hours a week.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities.
