Who Are We?
We Are Squishable! Join our team this holiday season as a part-time Seasonal Stock Lead at Squishable! We’re looking for enthusiastic and cheerful individuals to help spread holiday cheer in our stores. This role is crucial during our busiest time of the year, and you’ll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer experiences and organization to our Squishable store. The Seasonal Stock Lead is responsible for a clean and organized stock room while supporting the sales floor by ensuring effective replenishment practices are in place throughout the holiday season. In addition, the Stock Lead responsibilities include:
Supporting the team with all back-of-house related functions
Ensuring product is easily located, neat, and organized at all times
Planning and scheduling all incoming and outbound shipments
Perform opening and closing duties as assigned
Adhere to all company policies, practices, and safety standards
What are the Skills and Qualifications?
2+ years of retail experience preferred
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong time management skills and detail orientated
Flexibility to work both evenings and weekends
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects of at least 50 lbs.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Duration: October 1, 2024 – January 15, 2025
Availability Requirements: Some peak weekend and holiday work may be required.
Pay is $18 an hour
