SUMMARY
The Digital Enablement Specialist (DES) is a key member of the Onboarding team and is responsible for the creation of custom apps and landing pages which serve as our customers’ central hub for booking, content, media, and resources. The DES serves as both a project manager and consultant, guiding customers through the initial implementation of purchased software and helping to identify additional features/products that will ensure customers reach their operational goals.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the development of custom applications and landing pages for new and existing customers by facilitating an end-to-end discovery and launch process.
- Follow established implementation processes and guidelines to set up and configure new accounts, including backend configuration, functionality testing, troubleshooting and application release.
- Set the appropriate objectives and workload expectations for the customer; map out work in a well-planned and organized manner that fosters a consistent two-way dialogue.
- Use first-hand knowledge of improvements in our products, services and processes to build trust and confidence with the customer for a productive working relationship.
- Leverage product and Onboarding-specific knowledge and logic to effectively solve problems; use first-hand knowledge of customer’s business to provide recommendations.
- Document all customer calls, emails and any other application communication and notes within the applicable internal program(s).
- Provide support to Onboarding teams for issues related to applications and landing pages and other technical issues.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2+ years experience in SaaS Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management.
- Solid project management skills with demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated consultative skills in a professional environment.
- People-centered mentality - supportive, flexible and a team player.
- Deep understanding of App Store Connect, Apple Developer, and Google Play.
- Comprehensive understanding of HTML, CSS and Java Script.
- Experience with the process of publishing mobile applications: Apple Developer and Google Play Console, DUNS resources, App-Store Connect.
- Experience building and working on all website platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, GoDaddy etc.)
