We are looking for a motivated, tech saavy people-person to join our fast growing team as a Customer Success Concierge, providing front-line support and product expertise for customers and employees across the Squire realm.

If you are a self starter, love technology and are interested in a position that will never be the same two weeks in a row and curious to learn more, we’d like to hear from you. This position is full time, we have varying shifts that cover the US/Canada coast-to-coast and the UK. The right candidate will be poised to join our persistent and fearless team and contribute to building Squire into a household name.

  • Upbeat, outgoing and enjoys interacting with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Possesses exceptional Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to manage relationships, experience and expectations across multiple communication channels
  • Has Customer Success or Customer Service experience
  • Detail/Process Oriented
  • Has previous experience with technology company, familiar with basic computer skills and applications - Experience with CRM and Ticketing Systems
  • Familiar with Mac OS, iPad, iOS and Android devices
  • Curiosity and a passion to find and fix problems, as well as create solutions
  • The ability to organize, prioritize and independently manage multiple tasks in a shift (speed/efficiency/accuracy is key)
  • Flexibility to work weekend/evenings hours/shifts if needed

Job duties include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries via chat/phone through a ticketing system
  • Maintain positive ongoing relationships with other employees and customers
  • Being a product expert
  • Schedule and conduct Trainings for Customers
  • Identify growth opportunities with existing Customers
  • Troubleshooting for hardware and software related issues
