Position Overview

Manage and grow a diverse network of existing clients through outreach and relationship building to understand business needs and challenges. Lead and collaborate with other departments within Squire to drive product adoption and fulfillment. Meet and exceed activity and booking goals. Be smart, organized and relentless.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting our client base, to discovery, to close.
  • Keep detailed notes in our CRM, utilizing Tasks and Calendar to organize activities
  • Provide Product walkthroughs and leverage industry knowledge to address specific needs/challenges
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast

Qualifications

 

  • 2+ years experience as an Account Manager in a relevant industry
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets
  • Experience with: CRM, MS Office, Phone System (RingCentral)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great communicator – Written and Verbal
  • Spanish-speaking a plus
