Customer Success Concierge - 

Squire // Full-Time, Buffalo NY (this is not a remote position)

We are looking for a motivated, tech saavy people-person to join our fast growing YC and 43North startup as a Customer Success Rep, providing front-line support and product expertise for customers and employees across the Squire realm.  This job is located in Buffalo, New York.

If you are a self starter, love playing with apps and social media, and interested in a position that will never be the same two weeks in a row and curious to learn more we’d like to hear from you.  This position is full time, (5) 12-8pm shifts spread out Monday to Saturday (Shifts may be adjusted to fit business needs).  The right candidate will be poised to join our persistent and fearless team in building Squire into a household name.

  • Ability manage relationships, experience and expectations across multiple communication  channels
  • Has multi-year customer service and upselling background
  • Knows the devil is in the details
  • Has previous experience with technology company
  • Is a Life long learner
  • Curiosity and a passion to find and fix problems, as well as create solutions
  • The ability to organize, prioritize and independently manage multiple tasks in a shift (speed/efficiency is key)
  • Skill in the use of personal computers and all types of software applications.

Job duties include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries via chat/phone
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with employees and with customers
  • Think creatively about ways in which we can optimize each customer's experience and brainstorm with your manager.
  • Updating customer Help documentation to keep up with platform changes
  • Being a product expert
