Renewals Manager

SpyCloud is on a mission to keep companies and consumers safe from account takeover and online fraud. We are looking for an Renewals Manager who will be responsible for managing and processing SpyCloud’s customer renewals.  In this position, you will ensure high customer satisfaction during the renewal cycle including a high-level of detail and data accuracy while partnering with the Customer Success Management team to provide an impeccable customer interaction.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute all phases of the renewal process including quotes, opportunities, and order forms; work closely with Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to ensure customer agreements are accurately translated
  • Drive revenue by facilitating commitment and follow through on securing payment from customers
  • Work directly with Customer Success Management team to review historical customer needs and current landscape
  • Razor sharp focus on renewal dates with ability to put proactive metrics in place to further ensure the timeliness and completion of all renewals
  • Optimizing processes
  • Proactively identify customer dependencies, keeping ahead of potential blockers and driving renewals to on-time closure
  • Communicate and follow up directly with customers as needed
  • Identify when opportunities need to be escalated and work to find optimal solutions
  • Report renewal metrics effectively up to Customer Success Management and VP, Customer Success including communicating any renewal risk to develop resolution strategies  
  • Identify trends and propose improvements and process that further streamline the renewal workflow
  • Achieve established retention goals

Highly Desired Skills: 

  • 5+ years of professional experience in renewal account management, customer success, finance, or related industry
  • Advanced proficiency with contract renewal processes
  • Experience with SFDC CPQ and Ironclad
  • Efficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions and lifecycles
