Customer Success Coordinator

Your tasks will include:

  • Develop and execute EMEA strategy for the adoption of more workflows per customer
  • Increase utilization per customer for resin, training and design service
  • Develop use cases with key customers which can be promoted to broader target groups
  • Work closely with North America team to understand best practices
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional material and direct marketing campaigns for additional workflows incl. resins, cloud design and training
  • Develop close relationships with Area Sales Managers to drive the business and interact with Channel Partners across the EMEA region to increase awareness for additional workflows incl. resins, cloud design and training
  • Collaborate as a key contributor with the Resin, Cloud Design and Training teams to adjust solutions to EMEA customer needs
  • Develop and directly coordinate SprintRay’s EMEA inside sales partners, starting in Germany and the UK
  • Lead qualification via Salesforce CRM and creation of efficient automation strategies
  • Supports IT and Digital Marketing teams to build an ecommerce solution for EMEA
  • Support local trade shows, congresses and sales events

 

 

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven work experience in growth, Customer Success or Business Development for growth companies
  • BS/Masters's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • Dental Industry/ Digital Dentistry (Direct/Channel Sales) experience
  • First experience in leading teams, preferably inside sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
  • Experience creating and managing to sales performance metrics
  • Track record of quickly addressing customer concerns
  • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software and Account management systems
  • Fluent in both English and German, French language skills are an advantage
  • Availability to travel as needed
