What You’ll Do:

●  Connect marketing data with sales data to generate a full funnel analysis on marketing ROI
●  Gain buy-in for measurement models and KPIs from key stakeholders
●  Develop scalable reports, data visualizations, and analytical models to help make marketing funnel data insights useful and digestible across the business.
●  Help define the pipeline targets for SDRs and Marketing
●  Leverage data to identify ways to drive, optimize and grow customer acquisition and growth through engagement and conversions
●  Report on campaign performance, marketing attribution and influence on company revenue
●  Analyze revenue propensity around target accounts to determine greatest revenue opportunity
●  Develop UTM strategies in support of reporting requirements
●  Perform return on investment analysis to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of different channels, ad formats and campaigns. 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified:

●  5+ years of experience in B2B marketing/ demand generation/Operations
●  Experience working with leading MarTech and AdTech tools including Salesforce CRM, Hubspot, marketing analytics and audience management tools (or other similar marketing automation platforms)
●  Data skills (Excel mandatory, SQL recommended, Python a bonus)
●  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
●  A desire to work in a fast-paced, regularly evolving startup environment.
●  The ability to translate a general problem statement into a full program and execution plan that is focused on achieving clear business goals
●  Strong collaboration and communication skills
