What You'll Do

As Sprinklr continues to grow as a public company, our growth of the success management team will also continue -- yielding the need for best-in-class success enablement across the globe. We are searching for the next member of the Global Success Enablement team to join us from the United Kingdom. You will help with all aspects of a training program i.e. plan, design curriculum from available content, and deliver best in class training. The role displays a depth & breadth of functional knowledge in Sprinklr applications. This person would be responsible for applying best practices into engagements that require professional training development and delivery.

What Are Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver Success Foundation 1 programming monthly to newly onboarding EMEA and APAC cohorts
  • Deliver Success Foundation 2 programming monthly to newly onboarding EMEA and APAC cohorts
  • Lead Sprinklr training projects from start to finish - planning, needs assessments, curriculum design, development, and training delivery
  • Support the growing Global Success Enablement team in program management of our trainings
  • Compile training assessment findings, identify themes & deliver related training plan outlining the activities required to support the overall project including a curriculum map, delivery plan, and timeline
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with our success leadership by addressing any gaps, resolving conflicts, and exceeding the team’s expectations for successful projects

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • You have a baseline understanding and experience in training and instructional design methodology
  • You are able to discuss success management, how we operate the success engagement process, and how we enable our CSMs around the globe
  • You are a team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when necessary
  • You are detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently and creatively in fast paced environment
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
