What You'll Do 

The Senior Product Education Instructor provides learners with all aspects of a training program including the development of training plans, designing curriculum, and delivering best-in-class learning experiences. The role displays a depth & breadth of functional and technical configuration knowledge in Sprinklr products. The person in this specialist role would be responsible for applying standard methodologies to engagements that require professional training development and delivery. This includes responsibility for customization of the experience according to the learning requirements of participants so they are able to realize and maximize value out of Sprinklr. The Senior Product Education Instructor would also be expected to mentor and support other team members in order to ensure a high level of quality across process and product expertise in all Sprinklr University projects and initiatives. An important part of this role is balancing critical thinking with a willing to take action attitude, simplifying complexity, and adapting to the fast-evolving needs of the business. 

 

What Are Your Responsibilities 

  • Lead Sprinklr training projects from start to finish - planning, needs assessments, curriculum design, development, and training delivery 
  • Conduct training assessments and persona assessment through workshops, interviews or surveys 
  • Compile training assessment findings, identify themes & deliver related training plan outlining the activities required to support the overall project including a curriculum map, delivery plan, and timeline 
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with our internal and external clients by addressing any issues, resolving conflicts, and exceeding expectations for successful projects 
  • Develop and deliver end user training curriculum based on client’s configuration and use cases and Sprinklr applications; activities include development and delivery of training across multiple channels (web-based, classroom, virtual) and demonstrate a variety of learning tools. 
  • Deliver best in class web-based and classroom training using a variety of methodologies. 
  • Support the development and implementation of standard methodologies across all projects and initiatives
  • Mentor team members and lead by example to demonstrate the behavior and capabilities expected of a premier education team
  • Produce case studies for internal team use, based on project experience.
  • Employ vertical and Sprinklr expertise to supply to external collateral that demonstrates thought leadership (e.g. blog, LinkedIn, published articles, etc)
  • Identify curriculum gaps and work with instructional design team and leadership to assess; develop instructor-led content as needed and acts as the Subject Matter Specialist 
  • Leads training on knowledge gaps to upskill junior colleagues, in relation to functional and technical delivery excellence

  • You display experienced knowledge of the platform in order to accurately scope learning plans for clients, partners, and internal teams as well as deliver education engagements
  • You have proven understanding and experience in training and instructional design methodology 
  • You are able to discuss the benefits of a SaaS CXM program and knowledge of implementation of enterprise systems 
  • You are a great teammate with strong interpersonal skills and ability to take a leadership role when vital 
  • You are detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies 
  • You possess excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Able to work independently and creatively in fast paced startup environment 
  • Excellent business, communications and social skills 
  • Fluent written and spoken in English is a must, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish is a plus 
  • Have experience working within the Sprinklr ecosystem (ie instructional designer, instructor developing courses and facilitating training sessions on Sprinklr end-user training, train-the-trainer, and feature-specific instructions) is a plus 
  • 8+ years experience creating and delivering corporate instructor-led, eLearning, and hybrid course curriculum 
  • Familiar with learning tools such as authoring tools, screen capture software, and survey/assessment tools ie Webex, etc.
