Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is a designated client resource responsible for providing technical project planning, management and oversight for client key initiatives and implementation projects which require integration, product development, and/or customization to achieve Positive Business Outcomes (PBOs). The TPM first ensures that these initiatives and projects are closely aligned with the client’s strategic priorities and Sprinklr’s product capabilities. Secondly, that these initiatives and projects are completed on-time and within specifications with an extremely high quality of deliverables.

The TPM will ensure the optimum mix of schedule, performance, and product supportability throughout the life cycle (design, development, testing and evaluation, and production) of each program and will analyze problem solutions and present a case for the recommended solutions with a detailed analysis of risks and return on investment (ROI).

The TPM acts as a project management and technical lead and Sprinklr subject matter expert and is responsible for working with our client’s business functional areas to deliver technical solutions in the form of new and enhanced products and integrations.

Responsibilities :

As a Technical Program Manager you are responsible for driving the various teams, both internal and external, to deliver SaaS based products and services to customers. This position is responsible for
writing project scope, SOW, creating and executing against the project plan, proactively mitigating risks, and managing the customer life cycle from onboarding to project completion.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business and customer stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute project deliverables for the successful project execution including: implementation plan, project schedule, issues and action items log, meeting minutes, risks assessment and contingencies
  • Establish project plan and execute major milestone reviews and decision gates with client stakeholders to complete the project life cycle
  • Manage and monitor projects against deliverables, including SOWs, change management, sign off on deliverables prior to project completion 
  • Partner with internal development teams to deliver projects involving integrations and complex rollouts 
  • Identify, track and articulate issues / risks / action items; work with responsible consultants and product managers to address the items on a timely basis; update the appropriate client stakeholders as needed and assume responsibility for issue resolution
  • Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decision-making competencies 
  • Ensures all the required Sprinklr deliverables are produced and reviewed, including the technical requirements management, design, implementation, system integration, quality assurance and delivery of the technical and functional solution
  • Involve in RFP/RFIs, effort and pricing estimation, support with SOW preparation and submission with the pre-sales team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of Program Management or Technical Product Management experience from enterprise SAAS, application background
  • Proven track record of successfully delivery projects with geographically distributed teams
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to work on and track multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically when implementing Sprinklr products and solving problems
  • Technically savvy and able to ramp up on technologies quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical individuals
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
