Financial Systems Manager, Corporate FP&A

Sprinklr, the world’s leading modern front office platform for the enterprise is seeking an experienced Financial Systems Manager to join the Corporate FP&A team. This position will be responsible for designing and building our data systems infrastructure to support all financial reporting, planning and analytics.   

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and driven leader to take part in building the future state for Finance at a new public company (IPO completed in June 2021) with a rocket ship trajectory.

Partnering directly with CFO staff, this is a highly visible role that will combine technical proficiency in financial systems (Adaptive, Netsuite, Snowflake) with the creativity, problem-solving and business partnering expected of a seasoned Finance leader –influencing the evolution and development of the FP&A function. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Design, Build, Manage the configuration, customization and optimization of Adaptive Planning and other financial systems
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical knowledge of the forecasting, planning and BI systems including Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Tableau
  • Collaborate with internal working groups and third-party consultants to reconfigure and maintain financial systems and data sets
  • Work alongside HR Ops teams to ensure the accuracy of personnel and headcount planning data exchanged between Workday HR and Adaptive Planning
  • Develop and maintain accurate financial reporting to meet business needs
  • Contribute to budgeting and forecasting and recommend business process improvement efforts
  • Project manage financial system and reporting process improvements, identifying reporting and data efficiencies to reduce time of forecast process and report creation & reconciliation
  • Provide support on Sprinklr-wide personnel and headcount projects, including expense planning, allocations, attrition assumptions, capacity planning and workplace planning
  • Communicate with colleagues and peers regarding new technologies that could affect, improve or benefit reporting efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product functionality with each new Workday release
  • Document procedures, reports, and operations
  • Actively develop internal relationships and share knowledge with other FP&A team members to grow our collective Adaptive skill set
  • Plan and conduct financial systems training sessions for key users

 

Qualifications / Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an FP&A role or consulting supporting financial systems, particularly budgeting and planning, management reporting and BI dashboard and reporting
  • Experience creating and editing Adaptive Planning sheets (standard, modeled, and cube); web-based reports; integrating OfficeConnect into reporting and presentations
  • Advanced or Expert proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides
  • Familiarity with Tableau, NetSuite, Salesforce
  • Ability to learn technology quickly through self-training
  • Ability to think from a “big picture” perspective and build scalable solutions
  • Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive
  • Proven ability to work under pressure in a high growth environment
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have the desire to learn and grow

 Preferred Qualifications / Experience:

  • Currently your organization’s Adaptive administrator, or previous Adaptive implementation experience
  • Previous consulting experience with a Workday (Adaptive) deployment partner
  • Creation, manipulation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards
  • Experience at a high-growth, B2B SaaS company
