Job Description: Manager, Machine Learning Services 

About the team

We belong to the Machine Learning Services team at Sprinklr, and provide key services of skill and scalability to various Sprinklr business units. We function 24/7 to provide real time support to the most recognisable global brands, and their businesses.

Aligned with Sprinklr’s corporate mission of creating software that helps customers love brands, we currently use multiple SMMS tools to bridge the customer-brand divide. The day is not far when end-to-end client solutions are provided using the industry-leading Sprinklr tool.

We ensure all the social conversations reach their intended actions relevant to the Brand’s objective. Everyone here gets an opportunity to grow based on their skills and the immense ‘speed to wow’ benchmark set by the peers at Sprinklr. What do we do?

Social conversations are considered to be the best advertisement of any brand and still the most influential when it comes to a buyer’s decision making process. As much as the buyer would want to know the reviews/ratings and conversations revolving around a brand, the brand themselves would want to analyse the conversations of their customers to take appropriate actions.

This is exactly where we step in!

The team analyses user generated conversations across web and social channels and takes appropriate actions on them to provide insightful data to the brands through our product. It’s a challenging environment requiring the team to maintain high standards of quality in delivery and client delight. We help build the next generation product by extensively contributing towards machine learning and intelligence.


Job Responsibilities

  1. Designing and documenting project process and framework
  2. Understanding the AI processes, phases, timeline, and requirements
  3. Assessing, planning, and forecasting upcoming projects 
  4. Resource distribution, project scheduling, and follow-up on projects end-to-end 
  5. Ensuring a balance of opportunities by mitigating burnout or underutilization of people
  6. Connect with the Sprinklr internal teams to understand use cases and advise solutions
  7. Training the new folks on project planning, recording, and reporting
  8. QA the annotation data and training/managing data annotation resources and advise on building efficient data models
  9. Knowledge of MS Office Suite or Google Workspace/Suite at a professional level
  10. Ability to understand responsibilities and priorities, sense possible pitfalls, and timely discuss them with the team


Preferred Qualification

  1. Full-time bachelors/masters degree in either of the following specializations:
  2. 2-3 years of experience in operations management/project management/team management/business administration
  3. Prior experience in project management or delivery planning is a must
  4. Capacity to understand high-stress situations and help the team in effectively communicating and prioritizing to mitigate such instances 
  5. Conflict resolution skills
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills - ability to create detailed process flow and documentation, remain ahead of the team on project updates and related documentation
  7. Professional level of Organizational and Interpersonal skills to ensure project tracking and delivery with a clear understanding
  8. Ability to collaborate with the Product Manager to plan projects, fair task assignment, improving output speed or quality, other addition and improvements
