We are recruiting for Director, Strategic Alliances position to lead global partner accounts. Our need is to find someone with a mix of business development, relationship management, strategic planning, and account management. Alliance, channel experience is a plus. Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas, be self-sufficient and able to manage multiple projects concurrently. Must be a team player and committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
- A leader in the following areas:
- Relationship management
- Business development
- Ability to create bi-directional win plans.
- Manage Global partnerships (from Global Service providers, Systems Integrators, Global Media / Technology partners, ISVs, Digital or Social Agencies)
- Establish the cadence, processes and workflows for partner channels as well as driving business development through these channels
- Lead the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams for partners and customers
- Manage communications and activities for both internal and external resources
Key Skill Sets Required:
- Channel business development skills
- Experience in working with Accenture or Accenture Interactive, preferred
- Account and relationship management skills
- Digital, marketing and Social experience is preferred
- Ability to listen, comprehend, and execute
- Keen attention to detail and follow up
- Consummate communicator (written & oral)
- High energy levels and enthusiasm
- Self-Starter / Entrepreneurial mentality
- Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills
