What Are Your Responsibilities 

Act as strategic lead for a portfolio of SaaS implementation projects, ensuring gold standard delivery and client delight from start to finish. 

  • Build and maintain durable and trusted relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders while ensuring accountability from all parties

  • Create and maintain drumbeat for the timeline of the project that adheres to the scope of work and Sprinklr delivery best practices

  • Drive adherence to department and organization processes, setting the best practice cadence for a team of 3+ resources across multiple teams 

  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks and issues across multiple projects for different accounts simultaneously 

  • Lead project-based risk mitigation including investigating root causes to client and project issues and propose effective solutions, clear internal communication to attain solution and timely communication with client on status

  • Participate and facilitate occasional on-site client meetings 

  • Act as a liaison for the Professional Services organization when interacting with other Sprinklr teams

  • Manage the delivery of high volume, concurrent, short duration projects

  • Articulate and frame business problems and solutions as appropriate for all audiences

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified

  • Minimum 5 years relevant consulting, account management or industry experience in software implementation

  • Minimum 3 years of managing technology engagements

  • Experience managing long term, high budget projects in IT, Saas, or Software environment

  • Ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform resource allocations, and run team meetings

  • Ability to motivate and focus resources where there is no direct reporting relationship

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

  • Ability to solve problems with keen instincts and organizational experience

  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, web development processes

  • Ability to travel up to 30% on an annual basis
