The Sr Manager, Security Communications & Engagement will be responsible for all communication and
outreach activities of Sprinklr’s security team, both internally and externally. You bring a passion to make
security accessible to all audiences: customers, employees, executives, and the wider market. Explaining
the urgency of complex security concerns to non-technical audiences while preventing undue
overreactions is something that comes naturally to you. The Sr Manager will also be responsible for
overseeing and orchestrating security awareness and training activities. Since we are a modern, highly
agile organization, you rely on your creative skills for planning and executing innovative and immersive
communication campaigns.
This role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer and will provide general support in

● Serve as the focal point for all security and compliance-related communications, both internally
and externally
● Develop, maintain, and continuously improve crisis communications plans and processes, in
close collaboration with Legal, PR/Marketing, Support, and senior leadership
● In very close collaboration with PR/Marketing, take full leadership of managing the
communications strategy during security incidents, including timely alerting of key stake hodlers,
drafting of internal and external messaging, and executive leadership and board communication
preparation
● Oversee all security awareness activities within Sprinklr, assist security team members in building
and maintaining security communities of excellence, and develop jointly with the Sprinklr brand
team modern, unconventional methods to drive security awareness across the company

● Drive key events such as Cyber Security Awareness Month or Data Privacy Day throughout the
year to augment Sprinklr’s internal culture
● Assist the CISO in communications and operations of the Security Team
What you bring:
● 8+ years of relevant experience in internal communications and/or PR; 4+ years in security
awareness and/or security training highly desirable
● Solid experience inspiring and leading teams of communications and security professionals, both
directly and indirectly
● Outstanding oral and written communications skills, with a strong focus on presenting complex
and difficult problems, with special attention to audience needs (e.g. executive audience,
technical employees, customers, etc.)
● Very strong collaboration skills and team-focus
● High degree of creativity around creating and updating material for security communication and
training initiatives
● Strong global focus with an appreciation of how communications are best delivered in different
cultural contexts, including North America, India, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
