Join us for our summer 2021 internship program for an experience you’ll never forget! Sprinklr’s internship program (SIP) is 12 weeks of remote work focused on giving you opportunities to learn new skills by tackling real challenges we’re facing. Beyond those professional skills, you’ll have the chance to work with Sprinklr’s product and become CXM certified. We’ll be hosting opportunities for you to connect with leaders, learn professional and personal skills outside of your day-to-day work, and establish relationships with the rest of our amazing intern class!
This isn’t a “ grab us a latte” internship -- you’ll have the opportunity to partner with our Global Payroll and Stock administration team and learn the life cycle and internal/external partnerships of stock administration, payroll and compensation which supports a company's greatest asset, its people!
You will be expected to act as an assisting administrator to key internal systems and document global processes that will be used within finance and furthermore shared across the organization and internal business partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Global Stock Administration:
- Ensure all Morgan Stanley Shareworks accounts are set up and awards are accepted.
- Work with employees to ensure they are able to set up their accounts.
- Global Payroll:
- Run a monthly report in ADP comparing salaries, departments, and classes for all countries for any changes and assisting with Flexiforms (payroll change forms)
- Update YTD figures spreadsheet for all countries, and own the monthly report for the Director of Tax.
- Be a first point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll and payslips, and assist them in troubleshooting any challenges with self-service.
