What a year we are having! Incredible growth, crazy times, forward-thinking culture and just the best team. As we look at the headcount plans for the year (our careers section should give you an idea of the scale of the growth), it's clear we need several contract recruiters to join the TA family and help on the journey.  Specifically, we are looking for recruiters with experience supporting Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Success, Manager Services or Implementation within a SaaS organization.  These roles are contract and remote (based anywhere in the US).

Your traits: Only the very best talent can work at Sprinklr and our recruiters need to understand how to maximize the power of social networks to source this talent and maximize the power of data to ensure that new hires will thrive at the company. We are looking for an innovative problem solver who is willing to try new things and is intelligent and opinionated, but not abrasive. You want to show your value, you're probably a little competitive you know you can bring in the right candidates to Sprinklr at pace. This is a hands on role so if you are not prepared to roll up your sleeves and do everything from sourcing to initial screening to interview scheduling then this opportunity is not for you.

What you'll be doing:
  • Work with hiring managers to identify key traits of a successful candidate and develop a suitable sourcing strategy for each role.
  • Maximise the power of social networks and word of mouth to identify the very best industry candidates for every role.
  • Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn and our other sourcing tools in our recruiting efforts.
  • Ensure that the candidate experience at Sprinklr is as impactful as the customer experience at Sprinklr. Regardless of outcome, you will ensure that each candidate feels positive about his/her Sprinklr interview process and thorough feedback is provided to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Quality and pace are essential.
Requirements:  
  • A minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience (preferably agency and inhouse)
  • Consistent track record of delivery.
  • Articulate.
  • Positive attitude.
