Meet Our Team: Our Inside Sales Team resides under the Marketing umbrella and you will be able to see how this structure supports the everyday functions of the organization and is critical to its overall success. Our Inside Sales team is both motivated and creative, and made up of two different groups: Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who actively seek out new sales leads and business opportunities and Experience Development Representatives (XDRs) who support SDRs in their outreach.

We are seeking highly motivated and sales/marketing savvy interns to help us accomplish our objectives, create a Sprinklr presence, and assist with our rapid expansion.
Who You Are
You love a good challenge and have a grit that keeps you moving toward your objectives no matter what stands in your way. You are social media savvy and consider yourself pretty good at understanding its value to transform the modern enterprise. You are tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and a great self-starter.
What You’ll Do
This isn’t a “ grab us a latte” internship -- you’ll have the opportunity to partner with, shadow, and gain exposure to Inside Sales and the broader sales cycle. You will:
- Develop an understanding of Sprinklr’s products, services, partners, and value proposition and the key attributes of our “buyer personas”
- Develop a knowledge base relevant to role-, solution-, or vertical-based components of strategy to drive B2B sales pipeline
- Research prospect’s key business initiatives and strategies using sources such as industry articles and analysts reports, blog posts, public filings, and press releases
- Use the Sprinklr platform for building brand-specific listening and benchmarking dashboards
- Aid in the development and coordination of internal team trainings and make updates to our playbook
- Leverage core Sales technologies such as: Sprinklr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Salesforce CRM, etc.

What Makes You Qualified
- Pursuing a Four-year college degree (preferably in Marketing, Humanities, Communications, or Business)
- Have a passion for technology and disruptive technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, including the ability to work both independently and with a team
- Ability to work between 20-30 hours per week from February 1, 2021 - April 9, 2021 (10 weeks)
