Job Summary:

The Digital Systems Portfolio Owner is an expert position focused on providing thought leadership, digital strategy, and delivery of digital solutions across enterprise. The candidate will take IT ownership of Springworks Digital platforms – Websites, Mobile Apps and Marketing Platform and will partner with Business stakeholders globally to strategize, define, and deliver the right, cost effective solutions. This role, reporting to Director, Digital Service Delivery, has extensive experience & knowledge of Pharma/Bio-tech processes and can drive digital innovation and transformation. The individual must be a self-starter with strong communication, and organizational skills who will work to become a trusted partner to the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the successful execution/delivery of the Digital programs/projects globally by coordinating multi discipline (both technical and business) cross functional teams.
  • IT System Owner for Springworks Digital platforms – Websites, Mobile Apps, Marketing Tech Stack. Responsible for Digital Architecture, Development and Operations.
  • Responsible for the alignment of Digital initiatives/projects to corporate strategic objectives & priorities. Evaluate cross organizational planned and unplanned requests with scope, timing, and impacts to the portfolio.
  • Establish governance and Standard Operating procedures for the consistent quality and compliance for Digital programs/projects.
  • Measure the delivery performance and ensure vendors deliver as per the agreed upon SLA.
  • Measure, monitor and manage customer satisfaction and develop action plans to improve as applicable
  • Responsible for portfolio management, resource management, vendor management, contract management, and operations management capabilities.
  • Responsible for overall financials for digital programs/projects portfolio
  • Responsible for partnering with Data team to deliver the desired business data to the customers using Digital channels.

Education and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent is required. Advanced degree is plus.

Experience:

  • 10+ years IT experience including delivering digital projects for Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech customers including CMS, websites development, Mobile apps development, Marketing automation, Email Campaigns, Social media integration and experience analytics.

Skills:

Technical:

  • Architecture/development experience on Websites, CMS, Mobile Apps, social media, Marketing Automation, AI, Omni channel analytics, Cloud, API Enablement, Application security.
  • Administration of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure).
  • CMS and Digital Experience Platform Administration and deployment - WordPress, Drupal Sitecore, Kentico, Adobe
  • Mobile applications design and development (iOS preferred)
  • Web Deployment using DevOps
  • Experience working in Agile environment.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration.
  • Digital Platform integration with other business applications like Veeva CRM.

Leadership:

  • Candidate should be a Digital Change leader – Fostering Digital Innovation to simplify and transform business process.
  • Partnering with Business partners across the value-chain to understand their roadmap & map it to appropriate digital solutions.

Communication:

  • Effectively communicate Digital capabilities as well as roadmap with Business leaders.

Other:

  • Pharma/bio-tech domain competencies to enable agility and success
