Our mission: to eliminate every barrier to mental health.

Spring Health is a comprehensive mental health solution for employers and health plans. Unlike any other solution, we use clinically validated technology called Precision Mental Healthcare to pinpoint and deliver exactly what will work for each person  — whether that’s meditation, coaching, therapy, medication, and beyond.

Today, Spring Health equips over 800 companies, from start-ups to multinational Fortune 500 corporations, as a leading and preferred mental health service. Companies like General Mills, Guardian, Bain, and Instacart use the Spring Health platform to provide mental health services to thousands of their team members globally. We have raised over $300 million from prominent investors including Kinnevik, Tiger Global, Northzone, RRE Ventures, Rethink Impact, Work-Bench, William K Warren Foundation, SemperVirens, Able Partners, True Capital Ventures, and a strategic investor, Guardian Life Insurance. Thanks to their partnership, our current valuation has reached $2 billion.

We are looking for a Product Manager who will build experiences and drive adoption of behavioral health-focused Centers of Excellence (COE), starting with Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Centers of Excellence is a term used broadly within the healthcare industry to refer to specialized clinical programs characterized by quality differentiation of services and technology. With our COE offering, you will help our customers lower their costs of behavioral health care and will improve member experience and access to the full spectrum of behavioral health treatment. The candidate will directly impact utilization of Spring Health’s COE services. You will join a blossoming cross-functional team, focused on and measured by outcomes, and empowered to drive KPIs and business results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our members throughout their journey, and advocate for solutions based on their needs and pain points
  • Understand the customer (businesses), member, and caregiver current and future needs, as they relate to the behavioral health ecosystem, and propose solutions that delight customers and meet our company’s objectives
  • Develop deep relationships and partner closely with cross-functional teams (i.e., strategy, sales, customer success, and marketing) and customers to gain an understanding of the key problems to focus on and how we plan to solve them
  • Present data-driven insights about the competitive environment and our users and propose solutions that have a meaningful impact on core metrics for the business
  • Work with the leadership team and the wider product organization to contribute to a product roadmap, based on user and business impact
  • Scope, plan (i.e., product requirement documents, sprint plans, epics, and user stories), and execute with your pod (design, engineering, data science, and marketing) to launch valuable and high quality experiences across our platform
  • Drive and improve the product development process with your team, ensuring that features shipped are high-quality and on-time
  • Lead agile software development ceremonies including daily standups, grooming, planning, and retrospectives

What We Are Looking For:

  • You’ve worked for 3+ years in a product management capacity at a technology-driven organization with data scientists, engineers, and product designers
  • You have successfully shipped consumer experiences in business-to-business products that have driven high user satisfaction and engagement
  • You have experience building products for the enterprise, executing on roadmaps that inspire customers, and delivering value and ROI to the end users and their business
  • You understand and learn technologies and have led growth for B2B SaaS products targeting enterprises
  • You are empathetic - listening, understanding, and anticipating the needs of customers and users
  • You’re an analytical, metrics-driven thinker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered approach
  • You have experience with hypothesis-driven product development and A/B testing
  • You have hands-on experience creating product mocks and lo-fi designs that can be tested by users and refined by product designers (Design background and fluency with Figma is a plus)

As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor required by law to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We are also required to measure our progress toward having at least 7% of our workforce be individuals with disabilities. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had a disability. Because a person may become disabled at any time, we ask all of our employees to update their information at least every five years.

Identifying yourself as an individual with a disability is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer will be maintained confidentially and not be seen by selecting officials or anyone else involved in making personnel decisions. Completing the form will not negatively impact you in any way, regardless of whether you have self-identified in the past. For more information about this form or the equal employment obligations of federal contractors under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.

How do you know if you have a disability?
