  • Hours: 40 per week (11 PM – 8 AM PHT, with 1-hour break)
  • Compensation: ₱85,000-₱100,000/month or USD1,450-USD1,700/month

What You'll Do:

Client Service

  • Deliver exceptional accounting support, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Manage full-cycle accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, monthly reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance clients' financial health.
  • Stay current with industry trends and new technologies.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with your manager and peers to cross-train, balance workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to foster innovation and growth

Skills That Will Enable You to Thrive

Must-Have Credentials:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Philippines CPA Certification.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, including month-end closing.
  • Minimum 1 year of transactional accounting (QuickBooks Online experience required; certification preferred).
  • 2+ years of night-shift experience in a remote environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, and other cloud-based tools.
  • Dedicated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
