As a founding member of the Sales Development team, you will help us grow our customer base through outbound prospecting. Your work will help us build the foundation of our demand generation process.

What you’ll do

  • Develop strategies to generate meetings and build pipeline with new prospects
  • Research target accounts to identify key decision makers, understand business challenges, and build persona based value propositions
  • Utilize social selling and networking (personal and company) to make connections with contacts at target accounts. 
  • Effectively articulate our value proposition 
  • Understand challenges our customers face with the status quo
  • Conduct discovery calls and pass qualified leads to the Account Executive team. 
  • Consistently track activity in Salesforce
  • Achieve monthly goals
  • Commit to continually learning about our dynamic industry and solution

Your background

  • 2+ years experience as an SDR in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience developing new business relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding quota
  • Experience selling to C-suite and finance organizations
  • Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth-mindset.  Enjoys challenges, and consistently looks for opportunities to learn, improve, and grow.
  • Team player with strong desire to win
  • Bachelor’s degree required
